Latics new-boys in line for debuts

Oldham's deadline-day signings Dominic Poleon and Michael Tidser could both make their bows against Fleetwood.

Striker Poleon arrived from Leeds and was a spectator for the 1-0 Johnstone's Paint Trophy win over Bradford on Tuesday while on-loan Rotherham midfielder Tidser was an unused substitute.

Genseric Kusunga is away on international duty with Angola but Lee Johnson is unlikely to tinker too much anyway following two wins and two clean sheets,

However, top scorer Jonathan Forte will expect a recall having been rested in midweek.

Graham Alexander looks set to ring the changes after Fleetwood's disappointing midweek exit in the Trophy.

The 3-1 loss to Morecambe was the Cod Army's first defeat in normal time this season, and the likes of Jamie Proctor - a target for Oldham this summer - will likely be among those returning to the XI.

Both Keith Southern (hernia) and Jeff Hughes (broken leg) are in the later stages of their recovery processes, while Stephen Dobbie (ankle) may make his first start since the opening day of the season after a pair of substitute appearances.

Newcastle forward Adam Campbell's 28-day loan spell at Highbury is up while Jamille Matt is out for the season with a leg injury.
