D-Day for status of new ground Athletic could learn their fate on Friday when Oldham Council will give their decision on the trust status of the land in Failsworth where they plan to build their new stadium. The ruling is late as the Charity Commission's London headquarters was closed after damage was caused to the building in the recent student riots.
