Congolese player pens deal Latics have signed a new player as Congolese international footballer Rodrigue Dikaba has penned a short-term contract after successful trials at Boundary Park. Manager Paul Dickov commented, “His attitude is spot on, he is hungry and a very good defender. And he also fits the bill in being a good age," he explained.Dikaba was born in Toulouse, France, and played has won nine caps for the Democratic Republic Congo after making his debut against Gabon in March 2008.
