Latics missing Feeney
Oldham will be without striker Warren Feeney for their Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie at home to Shrewsbury.
The summer signing is away on international duty with Northern Ireland ahead of their opening Euro 2012 qualifier in Slovenia on Friday night.
Feeney's place in the Latics side could go to Dean Kelly, Djeny Bembo, Deane Smalley or possibly even player-manager Paul Dickov, who has yet to feature this season.
Striker Lewis Alessandra is sidelined with a thigh strain and defender Phil McGrath is set for a long spell on the sidelines due to a knee injury.
Striker Ryan Brooke is also out with a knee problem and goalkeeper Greg Fleming remains sidelined after he sustained a tear to his medial ligament.
