Latics boss waits on midfield duo
On-loan Huddersfield midfielder Goodwin missed Saturday's defeat at Colchester due to a thigh strain and and is rated as 50-50 to face Simon Grayson's side.[LNB]Winger Taylor limped out of the Colchester match with a hip injury and Penney said: "We will have to see how the injury settles down and hope it is not too serious."[LNB]Andy Holdsworth is nursing a knee injury which is likely to keep him on the sidelines for the remainder of the season.[LNB]Rob Purdie and Jon Worthington also remain long-term injury absentees while Danny Whittaker missed Saturday's defeat due to illness and could miss out again.[LNB][LNB]
