Oldham will face an FA Cup clash at Liverpool after Chris Taylor's goal secured a 1-0 win against Southend in their second-round replay.

The Shrimpers paid the price for Bilel Mohsni's first-half red card as the home side went on to dominate with a composed display.

Oldham made the breakthrough when James Wesolowski's lay-off set up Taylor to smash home from 10 yards after 58 minutes.

Blue Square Bet Premier high-fliers Fleetwood claimed their second League One scalp in the FA Cup as a 2-0 win at Yeovil booked them a dream tie at home to local rivals Blackpool.

Apart from the first 20 minutes the Glovers were outplayed by the non-League side and could have no complaints with the outcome. Jamie McGuire steadied the visitors' nerves with a well-taken goal after 28 minutes before Yeovil defender Bondz N'Gala was sent off for a second yellow card.

Fleetwood also had a man sent off when skipper Steve McNulty was given his marching orders late on, but that did not stop them from adding a second goal in stoppage time, though, as Jamie Vardy beat a defender before slipping the ball home.
