The Latics are struggling down in 18th place, but returned to winning ways at the weekend with a 1-0 win over Walsall.[LNB]"Everybody says the league position does not lie, but we have games in hand on most teams and have also had a lot of injuries," Jacobson told the club's official website. "There have also been a lot of players coming in on loan so it has been difficult to get a stable side.[LNB]"A lot of the injured players are back and I think that showed with the performance against Walsall. It proved that when we have a solid team we can produce wins."[LNB]But Oldham will have to be at the top of their game if they are to claim successive victories, with tough games looming against promotion hopefuls Colchester, Leeds and Norwich.[LNB]He added: "We are going into the games full of confidence and want positive results. We will not be going along to make up the numbers."[LNB][LNB]
