Gregan hits out at Brill detractors
The Latics have endured a bitterly disappointing start to the season, winning only one of their opening six League One matches.
Brill, a summer signing from Luton, came under fire from fans during last Friday's 3-0 home defeat to Hartlepool.
Gregan told the club's official website: "The way some supporters have reacted to Dean Brill is not on.
"No individual should be singled out for a team performance. When we win, we win as a team and when we lose, we lose as a team."
