Evina hails Dickov
On-loan Oldham rookie Cedric Evina has paid tribute to boss Paul Dickov following the first senior goal of his career.
The Arsenal youngster curled a delightful shot home from 20 yards to find the net in Saturday`s 1-1 draw at derby rivals Rochdale.
He said: "I have been doing that in training and the gaffer has given me confidence by telling me I would soon score which is why I ran over to him.
"He has been encouraging me to be positive and not to be afraid to shoot.
"The boys know I can do it - it is just proving I can do it in a match. It was my first professional goal so I am going to always remember the moment."
