Eardley set to miss Latics games
The 20-year-old is unlikely to be available for the Carling Cup tie with Carlisle, as well as league matches against Hartlepool and Charlton.
Oldham have seven days to request changes to the fixture list, but chief executive Alan Hardy said no decisions would be made until the details of England's World Cup qualifiers were released.
"The kick-off times for England games have yet to be confirmed so we will have to see what they are," he told the Oldham Evening Chronicle.
"We have fans who watch England and we will look at moving our games if they clash with international fixtures."
