Draw was fair - Dickov

Oldham boss Paul Dickov was not quite satisfied with a point at Rochdale but felt a 1-1 draw was a fair result. Cedric Evina put the Latics in front but Matt Done equalised for Dale before half-time as Dickov`s side missed out on the chance to go up to second place in the table. "I thought we were excellent in the first half and mixed things up well, played some good football and got some really good balls into the front four, who were all a threat," said Dickov. "But they say goals change games and we switched off once and they scored. "In the second half they came out and played percentage football, got the ball forward quickly and made it very hard for us to play against. I'm never happy with a point, I want to win every game, but on reflection a point was probably a fair result." Dickov added: "We've said it several times this season that when you are on top that is the time to score your goals. "At any point, in any game, the opposition will have a sustained period of pressure, so when you are on top you`ve got to make it count."
