Dickov unhappy

Oldham manager Paul Dickov was frustrated that his side allowed Leyton Orient to leave Boundary Park with a draw. Veteran striker Scott McGleish came off the bench to score a late equaliser and earn the London club a 1-1 draw after Chris Taylor had given Oldham a first-half lead. "We aren't going to win every game but we should have won this one," said Dickov. "When we were in front at half time I told the players that the most important things were to pick people up at set-pieces and make sure we kept a clean sheet. "We are conceding too many goals at set-pieces and we have worked on that in training, but now it has happened again. It is a mental thing. "I will give my players all the praise in the world when they deserve it but here they did not do the basics right. "When you are not scoring a lot of goals it is vital that you do not concede at the other end. It isn't as though we didn't create many chances because we could have been further in front. I am very disappointed not to finish with three points."
