Dickov set for Taylor boost

Oldham boss Paul Dickov could have a full-strength squad at his disposal for the home clash with fellow strugglers Tranmere. Winger Chris Taylor has missed the last two matches because of mumps but has returned to training this week and is set to be passed fit. Midfielder Filipe Morais, who was also absent for the past two games, is back in light training following knee and hamstring injuries. Defender Andy Todd is also expected to be available after missing the last two matches through a knee injury and Jean-Yves M'voto is making a speedy recovery from a twisted ankle sustained at Colchester. Dickov himself could pitch himself into action for the first time since September as the Latics bid to end a dismal 11-match winless streak.
