Dickov hails goal heroes

Paul Dickov praised on-loan Sunderland forward Oumare Tounkara and Portuguese winger Filipe Morais after their goals inspired Oldham's win over Brentford. Tounkara opened the scoring, calmly slotting home a one-on-one five minutes before half-time, while Morais came off the bench to claim his first goal for Latics. His strike proved crucial as fellow substitute Robbie Simpson pulled one back for Brentford. Dickov said: "I'm delighted for Oumare because he doesn't always get his rewards but he worked ever so hard again and took his goal well. "And the second goal showed what great ability Filipe has. He has good feet and can go either way so fullbacks find him difficult to read. "Overall nobody can argue with the result because we were on top for long spells of the game."
