Dickov blasts Latics after surrender

Furious Oldham boss Paul Dickov could not hide his anger after his side surrendered a three-goal lead to draw 3-3 at home to Exeter. The Latics were 3-0 up and in total control at half-time after goals from Aidan White, Oumare Tounkara and Chris Taylor, but three goals in 12 second-half minutes hauled the Grecians level. Dickov said: "We played ever so well in the first half and at 3-0 you always expect to win. "At half-time we knew Exeter would have a go, so everything we said was about keeping the ball, keeping our shape and not letting them back in it. The players didn`t take any of it on board or manage the situation. It was awful. "We switched off and it wasn't just a couple of mistakes, it was nine or 10. Our first-half performance is no consolation because we should have won, especially with the way we have been defending recently. "People can say it is an inexperienced team but they are in trouble if they start thinking they are all good players because they aren't."
