If Athletic can beat Mansfield Town in the second round FA Cup replay it will bring what is becoming an annual fixture.
The club will play Liverpool for the third successive season in the FA Cup. Ironically, the Anfield team played Mansfield in the third round last season before the Latics knocked them out in the fourth round.
The game will be played at Anfield over the weekend of January 4th./5th.
