Blackman ruled out of Glovers clash
A foot injury has ruled him out of the past three games and he has undergone treatment back at Ewood Park.
Blackman, 19, has since rejoined the squad but will not be ready in time.
Midfielder Alex Marrow, also on loan from Blackburn, jarred his ankle in Tuesday's 2-1 home win over MK Dons but managed to complete the 90 minutes and is expected to be available.
Midfielder Jon Worthington could come into contention after an ankle injury which has kept him out of the last four matches.
But Rob Purdie, Joe Jacobsen, Deane Smalley and Lewis Alessandra
remain long-term absentees.
