.... but not as a player Hasney Aljofree is back at Boundary Park but this time it is not as a player. The former defender, in his third spell after two playing roles, is now coaching at the club's centre of excellence. He is close to competing his UEFA 'B' coaching licence and the Latics are giving him some practical experience by appointing him as assistant coach of the under-14 side. Aljofree lives in Failsworth and also helped Lee Duxbury at last week's reserve-team match against Preston North End. The 32 year old said, "My knee retired me from playing, but now I am looking to get beck into the game in a coaching role as quickly as possible.”
