Picken to stay with Magpies

Defender Phil Picken has extended his loan stay with Notts County until the end of the season.

The Chesterfield loanee has made six appearances for the Magpies since arriving at Meadow Lane last month.

"It's really good news for us, Phil has performed well in every single game he's played," manager Ian McParland told the club's official website.

"He's a winner with a great attitude and is just the type of player I want at this football club."
