Teenage midfielder Nathaniel Wedderburn has returned to Stoke City after his loan spell at Notts County expired.
The 17-year-old made five starts and came on as a substitute on six occasions during his three-month stay at Meadow Lane.
Wedderburn certainly impressed Notts boss Ian McParland, who told the club's official website: "Nat's gone back to Stoke, so first and foremost I'd like to thank him for his hard work with us and also Stoke City for allowing him to spend time at Meadow Lane.
"He's done a good job when we've called on him and I do believe he has a good future ahead of him at Stoke.
"He's certainly grown up while he's been with us and I'm sure having experienced first-team football at such a young age will stand him in good stead for the future.
"He told me he's really enjoyed himself here, which is pleasing to hear and we've also told Nat we'll keep monitoring his progress back at Stoke."
