Notts County's new boss Ian McParland has made a second loan signing in a week, bringing in defender Krystian Pearce from Birmingham City.
McParland had earlier signed Liverpool's teenage striker Craig Lindfield, who marked his debut with a goal in the 2-0 win at Accrington Stanley last weekend.
Seventeen-year-old Pearce has yet to feature for the Blues first team, but is highly thought of at St Andrew's.
McParland told the club's official website: "Steve Bruce rates Krystian very highly and, as with Liverpool and Lindfield, Birmingham feel that he's now reached the stage of his development where he needs to go out and get some League experience.
"That's good news for us and although he's here for a month, if things work out for all concerned, he might well be here a while longer."
