Ince staying grounded

Paul Ince is keeping his feet firmly on the ground despite watching his Notts County side beat MK Dons 2-0 to record back-to-back league wins for the first time this season. The Magpies showed no signs of rustiness as they picked up where they left off two-and-a-half weeks ago with a dominant display to beat Ince's former club. The Dons looked to be heading for a goalless draw until late goals from Thomas Ince and Lee Hughes secured victory for the home side.Boss Ince said: "I don't want to get carried away because it takes time. But when we play like that we've got to take our chances."The Magpies dominated before and after Ince junior's 86th-minute opener, with fellow substitute Hughes making sure of the points six minutes later.Ince added: "These lads are a different class. The two weeks off the pitch have been great for us to get to know each other, although you do worry when you have a break like that. You can do work in the gym, but you never know what the lads will be like when they get back on the pitch."
