Crow woe for County

Notts County's woes have intensified after new signing Danny Crow suffered a fracture to his fifth metatarsal in Saturday's home defeat to Bury.

The 21-year-old only moved to Meadow Lane on a loan arrangement on Tuesday but suffered the injury an hour into the Magpies 3-1 defeat.

Crow was taken to hospital for a scan where it was confirmed he had sustained a fracture.

The loss to the Shakers was County's third successive League Two defeat and they are now 19th in the table.
