Backe eyes three new players

Notts County manager Hans Backe hopes to add up to three new players to his promotion-chasing squad in the January transfer window.
Backe has seen his Notts team lose only one of their six matches under his stewardship following Ian McParland's departure, but is refusing to rest on his laurels.
He said: "It will be very tight at the top in this league. There are five or six teams that have done well so far and will be up there at the end of the season.
"If we can add two or three players in January, who are at least Championship-level quality, we will be strong.
"We have to make sure they are the right signings though. We can't just pick players who are no better than the ones we have already got.
"We have to try for players who can lift our game to another level. We have names, definitely."
