Warnock denies Magpies approach
Warnock has this week been heavily linked with wealthy County, where he began his managerial career, after the sacking of Ian McParland.
But the 60-year-old is adamant no-one from Meadow Lane has been in touch.
He told the Croydon Advertiser: "The truth of the matter is that I have had no contact from anyone at the club."
