Peter Trembling becomes chief executive with immediate effect with Peter Willett joining him on the board of directors. Former directors, including chairman John Armstrong-Holmes, have resigned. In a statement, Trembling said: "I firmly believe this is a momentous day for all those involved with Notts County, particularly for the club's loyal supporters. "I can promise them that the new owners and my management team will do everything that we can to bring success back to Meadow Lane." Munto Finance's aim is to get Notts County promoted back up to the Championship within five years.
