Rodgers questioned over bar brawl
Rodgers was spoken to by police about an incident at the Tantra bar in Nottingham in the early hours of Wednesday.
A spokesman for County said: "He went to the police station with his solicitor the day after the incident."
The 27-year-old is in the squad for Saturday's League Two match against Cheltenham, he added.
It came a few hours after Rodgers had led his team to victory by scoring a hat-trick in Tuesday's game against Lincoln.
