The young Nottingham Forest defender has a knee injury that will rule him out of the trip to Yorkshire. The 20-year-old will also miss the home league game against Torquay at the weekend as he will be away on international duty with the Republic of Ireland Under-21 squad. Midfielders Johnnie Jackson (hamstring) and Ben Davies have niggles and are rated as doubts. Defender Graeme Lee could make his long-awaited return from a groin injury against his former club. The Magpies have received international clearance for new signing Ade Akinbiyi but boss Ian McParland claims the much-travelled striker will not be involved at Bradford.
