Teenager Jake Hyde came off the bench to grab a dramatic stoppage-time winner for the home side after Lee Hughes was denied his fifth of the season in the first half by a controversial offside flag.[LNB]And McParland has named Portsmouth's Matt Ritchie as his main target after securing the services of former England international defender Sol Campbell last week.[LNB]"I'm hoping to bring a couple of players in by deadline day and if not it will be loan signings," said McParland. "We're chasing Matt Ritchie who is a good little player but we still want another couple."[LNB]The Scot added: "I think if the Hughes goal was allowed it would have been very different as I thought we had done enough to win the game. But Barnet kept going and they made it hard for us.[LNB]"We dominated but you get games like that sometimes. I'm thinking with five minutes left if we keep our shape we'll take the point but we lost concentration and come out with nothing."[LNB][LNB]
