McParland keen on strong finish
The Magpies have five League Two fixtures remaining and have won only one of their last eight games.
McParland is eager to halt that run and wants his side to end the season on a high note.
He said: "I want to win every game between now and the end of the season because that is what I am paid to do. I want to finish on a high so that we can have a feel-good factor around the place and progress again next season.
"I am always thinking ahead and I have things in my head with regards to next year, of course.
"But my mind is still on this season as well and I don't want anyone to think we have taken our eyes off the ball because nothing could be further from the truth."
