McParland hails Weston development
Weston, who turned 21 last week, has eight assists and two goals to his name from 36 appearances in League Two this season.
McParland believes The Magpies' exciting talent is growing up and improving all aspects of his game.
"He is getting there nicely. We wanted to get more creativity and goals from him and we believe we are getting that," McParland told the club's official website.
"Myles is growing up and maturing with all the games he has been playing.
"He is playing with a smile on his face and is willing to learn, which is fantastic."
