Weston, who turned 21 earlier this month, has eight assists and three goals to his name from 36 appearances in this season. McParland insists that all the work the club have put in with the player behind the scenes has paid off. "Myles is 200% better than he was last year - mentally, physically, knowing the game and in confidence. He has done very well for us this year," said the Scot. "Myles has got a great attitude and he wants to learn and he wants to do well. "I am used to coaching youngsters, I did it for more than 10 years when I was at Nottingham Forest. I was there a long time and worked with a lot of young players and I have always enjoyed it. "It is not just about coaching them and improving them on the training field, you also have to manage them. You have to learn about their characters to find out what makes them tick. Collectively, we have all worked hard with him."
