Magpies trio return to face Shakers
Goalkeeper Schmeichel (knee), captain Lee and leading goalscorer Hughes (both ankle) missed the FA Cup victory against Bradford through injury but the trio resumed training this week.[LNB]On-loan defender Brendan Moloney has provided boss Hans Backe, who will take charge of his first away game at Gigg Lane, with a further fitness boost.[LNB]The full-back, on loan from city rivals Nottingham Forest, has been out since the start of October with a hamstring injury but was also back in training on Monday.[LNB]Mike Edwards was ill at the start of the week but Backe expects the defender to be fit.[LNB][LNB]
