Magpies set to return to training
Pre-season starts soon! Notts County will return to training this week ahead of the new season in League One. As it stands, Craig Short will have a squad of fourteen players to work with but more signings are expected through the Meadow Lane door in due course. The following players are currently contracted to the club:- Goalkeepers - Rob Burch, Stuart Nelson Defenders - Stephen Hunt, Mike Edwards, Graeme Lee, John Thompson Midfielders - Ben Davies, Neal Bishop, Ricky Ravenhill, Johnnie Jackson, Craig Westcarr Forwards - Lee Hughes, Luke Rodgers, Karl Hawley The Magpies are due to play friendlies against Arnold Town, Cardiff City and Sheffield United as well as attending a pre-season training camp in Austria.
