Cotterill, the Magpies' fourth manager of the season, has guided his charges to within a point of the automatic promotion places following a run of four successive victories.[LNB]And the former Burnley boss told the Nottingham Evening Post: "I am starting to see a mirror image of my thinking in the players. I was always a little bit worried about my personality scaring them when I first came in the door.[LNB]"I don't mean me shouting at them, but them being overwhelmed by my drive. But they are good, I've met a good bunch."[LNB]County have scored 10 goals without conceding under Cotterill and victory over Bournemouth on Monday would lift them into the top three. Cotterill added: "I am starting to see their personalities come out now. I have not been disappointed with any of them and it helps me as their manager."[LNB]Meanwhile, the clash at Darlington, which was postponed on February 23 due to a frozen pitch, has been rearranged for Tuesday April 27 with a 7.45pm kick-off.[LNB][LNB]
