Magpies looking to restore pride
The Magpies have lost eight of their last 11 games following Saturday's 1-0 reverse at Morecambe and are without a win in five matches.
McParland has urged his team to finish the campaign on a high by winning their final two fixtures, and the Scot has vowed to find the solution to their problems in the summer.
"I want to win every football match I'm involved in and it's all about pride now for the lads and I want to see us end the season strongly," he said.
"I think the lads are working hard but we need more.
"I know what is missing and I will be working hard to make sure we remedy that in the summer."
