Magpies hoping for fitness boosts.
Craig Westcarr and Lee Hughes Notts County are hoping that Craig Westcarr and Lee Hughes will both be fit to face Sheffield Wednesday at Meadow Lane on Saturday after recent injury scares. Westcarr limped off in the second half of Notts' 3-2 midweek win at Peterborough United after he notched his fifth goal of the season, which turned out to be Notts' winner. It is not thought the injury is serious but he may be a doubt for the game against Wednesday at the weekend. Hughes meanwhile pulled up in the warm up at Bristol Rovers at the weekend after aggrevating a groin injury picked up in the Carling Cup defeat at Wolves. He missed out on the trip to London Road but it is expected he will be fit for Saturday's game.
