Magpies claim notable draw
Notts County held Premier League Stoke to an impressive goalless draw at Meadow Lane on Thursday night.
The Magpies held their own in front of a crowd of 2,125 and came close to breaking the deadlock in an open encounter which saw Potters striker Tuncay rattle the underside of the crossbar in the first half.
James Beattie was one of the more impressive performers for the visitors, drawing a good save from substitute goalkeeper Stuart Nelson after the break as manager Craig Short made a number of changes.
