Armstrong-Holmes survived the vote and further motions to remove him from the Trust board and the football club board at the Special General Meeting. Fellow director Eric Kerry also survived a vote of no confidence and resolutions to remove him from both boards. After the meeting at Meadow Lane on Tuesday night, Armstrong-Holmes said: "I am heartened by the support of the Trust members but disappointed it came to this in the first place.
