Ince - We're in a fight
Paul Ince admits Notts County are in a relegation fight.
The Magpies manager saw his side slip into the drop zone following the 3-1 defeat at Exeter on Saturday. It was the club's ninth League One loss of the season.
Ince believes Notts are good enough to avoid dropping back into the bottom division but knows that plenty of hard work lies ahead.
"We have to think we are in a relegation fight. When you are fourth from bottom there is no other way of thinking," said Ince. "We have got to make sure that come March we are not in the same position and it is going to take a lot of hard work.
"There are a lot of things we need to change, and we will, but it will take time. We have got to rise to the challenge. Everyone has got to stick together and remain positive.
"When I took the job, I looked at the table and knew it was going to be a hard, and it is. But it doesn't feel any bigger than I expected. I have seen signs we can get there."
