Liverpool winger Tom Ince wants his loan stay at Notts County to be extended until the end of the season. The 18-year-old has impressed in eight appearances for the League One club since linking up with his father at Meadow Lane in November. Ince junior is set to return to Merseyside but he is keen to remain with the Magpies and continue his development. "Week after week here at Notts County, I've been excited every minute and to be honest. I want to stay," he told County's official website. "But, at the moment, things change and I have to go back to Liverpool and show that this has been a massive benefit for me. "Whether it's the case that I stay here until the end of the season or I don't, that's football I'm afraid. "Hopefully in the next week or so I can sit down and see what my situation is, whether it's at Notts County or back at Liverpool."
