Notts County striker Lee Hughes has revealed his desire to stay at the club for the rest of his career after signing a new one-year contract at Meadow Lane. The 34-year-old netted 33 goals in all competitions as he helped the Magpies to clinch the League Two title in his debut season with the club. When asked if he would like to end his career at Meadow Lane, he told Magpie Player: "I'd love to, I've never been so happy to be fair. "I know I enjoyed my time at West Brom as well, because I supported them but it's like being home again. "I'm really pleased and delighted to be here for the next two years. I really enjoyed my time here last season, the fans have taken to me. "There was quite a bit of interest in me from other clubs but I'm really happy; I don't want to move anywhere."
