Hollands brace clips Magpies' wings

The Cherries had slipped six points behind leaders Rochdale after a goalless draw with lowly Cheltenham, but they turned on the style to beat play-off contenders County and might have been out of sight by half-time.[LNB]Bournemouth never looked back after Hollands headed them in front after just 90 seconds from a Rhoys Wiggins corner.[LNB]They ripped the Magpies defence to shreds, with Kasper Schmeichel saving brilliantly from Brett Pitman in between a series of near misses by Marvin Bartley and Hollands.[LNB]Bournemouth's domination warranted a second goal, which came 10 minutes before half-time, with Pitman feeding Hollands to make it 2-0 despite a valiant effort from Schmeichel.[LNB]Neal Bishop lit the touch paper to an action-packed second half when he clawed a goal back for Notts County from 12 yards four minutes after the restart, but that was all the visitors could manage.[LNB][LNB]
