Forte pleased to stay at Magpies
The 22-year-old striker has scored seven times in 13 appearances for the Magpies this season in two separate loan spells.
And after agreeing to stay with the Magpies for a third month, the Scunthorpe forward revealed his determination to maintain his impressive form.
He told the club's official website: "I'm happy to be staying on for another month and I want to add to those seven.
"If I could get up to double figures I would be delighted to say the least. I've made it clear in the past how highly I regard the staff here, so it was an easy decision to stay on."
