County winger suffers injury blow
The 27-year-old suffered a hamstring injury in the 2-0 defeat to Bury on Saturday and the news comes after he was assessed by the medical team at Meadow Lane.[LNB]McParland is confident his side can cope with the loss of the midfielder, telling the club's official website: "It's bitterly frustrating to lose Matt especially given the form he was in going into Saturday's game.[LNB]"He's going to be out for around three weeks and he will be a big loss for us, there's no hiding away from that fact.[LNB]"But we have players who can come into the side and stake their claim, so despite losing Matt we don't want to paint a picture of doom and gloom."[LNB][LNB]
