The 22-year-old left-sided player moves to Meadow Lane on loan with a view to joining the League Two club on a permanent basis.
Jones, who has made eight first-team appearances for Wolves since coming through Wanderers' youth ranks, has had loan spells at Northampton and Oldham in the previous two seasons.
