County seal loan deal for Ritchie
Magpies manager Ian McParland has been keen to bring the winger to Meadow Lane for several months.
The 19-year-old has been at Pompey since the age of 13 having risen through the youth ranks at Fratton Park.
He has yet to make his first-team debut for the Premier League club but has featured for the reserves and has Football League experience after a loan spell at Dagenham last season, where he scored 13 goals.
