County handed bye after JPT draw
The Magpies have been eliminated at the first round stage of the competition every year since 2001.
Ian McParland's side join Grimsby, Hartlepool, Leeds, Macclesfield, Port Vale, Shrewsbury and Tranmere in being handed a place in the second round from the Northern Section.
