County given Meadow Lane all clear

An inspection by the council on February 3 raised concerns but County have now recieved word from the Environmental Health department that the ground is fit to hold games.[LNB]Catrin Styles, Environmental Health Officer, said: "I would like to confirm that I have recieved satisfactory documentation from the Stadium Manager Greg Smith confirming the completion of inspections and remedial works."[LNB]County Chairman John Armstrong-Holmes added: "The vast majority [of concerns] have now been dealt with and in many instances, that was done prior to us receiving the report."[LNB]Holmes also revealed the club are set for talks with the council on Wednesday over the safety fears od persistent standing in the upper part of The Kop stand.[LNB][LNB]
