Trew's consortium last week completed their takeover from former executive chairman Peter Trembling and are now dealing with the aftermath of Munto Finance's ill-fated spell in charge.[LNB]County are at least £4milion in debt and face a winding-up order from HM Revenue & Customs.[LNB]But Trew told the club's official website: "We want to avoid administration at all costs.[LNB]"We have been exploring every avenue in our search for a solution to the current financial problems at the club and we have already had some success to this end in reducing the outgoings significantly.[LNB]"However, we refuse to cut corners in this task as we look to build a solid platform from which to launch Notts County Football Club forwards in the years to come, both on and off the pitch."[LNB][LNB]
